Our helpdesk is available for fast access to our skilled technicians by phone and online. The helpdesk will assist when trouble strikes or production disturbances occur to support you in finding a solution. Our helpdesk is open on workdays 8-17 CET for all customers at an hourly cost. With a WECARE agreement, free helpdesk is always included along with exclusive access to the helpdesk on evenings and weekends.

Tuning & Optimization
During a tuning visit we work to uncover that extra potential in your operation and tune your scanner to maximum efficency.
We have an extensive list of functions and options that you can add to gain extra functionality in your current scanner.
Keep your scanner up to date with new features that are available when you upgrade to new software releases.
It’s essential that every new operator gets the proper training to operate the scanner.
Customers with WECARE are granted priority to our Helpdesk, our part-exchange and when booking service visits.
WECARE service packages
With our WECARE service packages, we make sure that your scanner and your operation reach their full potential. We offer three different levels of WECARE contracts containing the most important parts of our service offer. These are designed to ensure the quality in your product, and, the performance of your scanner.
